- Full-time About the Role Creative is looking for a detail-oriented Service and Open Issue Coordinator to manage daily service and warranty order processing, and support open issue resolution for our Ashland and Coastal office teams.
Key Responsibilities Handle customer service calls, qualify requests, determine warranty coverage, and create service orders in Hedberg Coordinate evaluation, delivery, and installation trips with customers Invoice manufacturers for applicable labor; maintain parts stock levels Manage manufacturer recalls and ensure daily paperwork is completed Receive and review open issues via Procore; determine solutions with Operations and Manufacturers Create orders for service, parts, and replacements; process manufacturer claims through applicable portals Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in systems furniture installation or equivalent Knowledge of systems furniture, case goods, and Steelcase products preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Why Join Creative?
