Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, relationship-building Client Success Coordinator to support our operations and help deliver an exceptional experience to our clients across all facilities. In this role, you will be at the center of client engagement, coordinating leases, supporting the company's objectives, and ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism and care. Why You Will Love Working Here ✨ 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision premiums ✨ Ample paid time off, holidays, and work-life balance built in ✨ Growth and professional development opportunities ✨ Collaborative team and mission-driven culture What You Will Do Serve as a key point of contact for prospective and current clients by answering questions, guiding lease options, and delivering a high-touch experience Support the full leasing lifecycle, including preparing, executing, and maintaining lease agreements Assist with negotiating lease terms for new and renewing clients Coordinate across internal teams to ensure seamless space delivery Schedule and lead tours, walkthroughs, and client meetings Maintain accurate lease data, track critical dates, and ensure billing and contract details are precise Manage and update databases and client files with a strong focus on accuracy Participate in marketing initiatives and events to support business growth Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and enhance the client experience What We Need Exceptional professionalism, discretion, and integrity Strong communication skills—both written and verbal Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage shifting priorities High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment What You Bring 2+ years of administrative, leasing, or related experience (or a degree in a related field) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Basic math and accounting skills A proactive, self-starter mindset with excellent follow-through U.S. Citizenship required to meet federal government regulations Great to Have Experience with Rent Manager or Pipedrive Government contracting or SCIF knowledge Commercial or multi-client leasing experience Background in real estate or property management Work Environment Primarily indoor, office-based work across multiple locations Collaborative, team-oriented setting Safety-conscious workplace with established protocols Ready to Make an Impact?
