The Entry Level Assistant Manager role with Verizon FiOS supports client relationships and solution delivery in Fairfax, VA. This position drives customer success by aligning Verizon FiOS offerings with business needs and ensuring ongoing account satisfaction and customer service. Entry Level Assistant Manager:
In-person engagement with clients to present Verizon FiOS solutions and enhance customer service outcomes as an Entry Level Assistant Manager. Manage account relationships and provide ongoing customer service to ensure retention and satisfaction in the Entry Level Assistant Manager role. Identify opportunities to expand Verizon FiOS adoption while delivering exceptional customer service as an Entry Level Assistant Manager. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize account performance and customer service metrics for the Entry Level Assistant Manager position. Qualifications for the
Entry Level Assistant Manager:
High school or GED required with strong communication skills. Prior experience in customer service or account management preferred. Ability to work independently and deliver results as an Entry Level Assistant Manager. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a Verizon FiOS environment as an Entry Level Assistant Manager.
