Job Responsibilities:

1.Conscientiously abide by all company rules and regulations, and comply with management directives from store supervisors in accordance with established policies 2.Maintain basic customer service awareness and professional attitude 3.Operate store facility equipment, and perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the premises 4.Provide game instructions to customers and assist with other reasonable requests 5.Handle basic, routine equipment malfunctions 6.Organize and safeguard store gifts and inventory items 7.Accurately record daily data related to the position 8.Promptly report any suspicious individuals or unusual incidents within the store 9.Perform other duties as assigned by store management

Requirements:

10.Prior experience in service or sales industry preferred; 6+ months of related experience a plus 11.Strong customer service orientation, approachable demeanor, attention to detail, quick learning ability, self-motivated, honest, trustworthy, and highly responsible
