Universal Title is looking for a Full-time Pre-Processor / Client Experience Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our office and grow within our company! What you'll do: Assist with opening new contracts and file setup Greet and welcome agents, clients, and guests with warmth and professionalism Answer phones and help route inquiries efficiently Support scheduling and office coordination Provide general support to our title and settlement team Help create a polished, positive office experience every day The goal is to train you to become a processor What we're looking for: High energy with a friendly, polished personality Strong organizational and multitasking skills Professional communication skills Detail-oriented and dependable Real estate or title industry experience is preferred—but we're willing to train the right person! Must have either 3-5 years of Hospitality or Receptionist experience OR Must have 1-2 years of Pre-Processing, Escrow, or Paralegal assistance Why Universal Title? Pay:
$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
