Our Customer Service Coordinators are the central point of contact for our business customers. They ensure orders are processed accurately, deliveries stay on schedule, and customers receive timely, professional support throughout the order process. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented office position supporting B2B customers. If you enjoy solving problems, being organized, and working with a collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts. Process orders accurately and efficiently. Answer customer questions by phone and email. Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, delivery, and sales teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time. Track orders and communicate updates proactively. Resolve order discrepancies and customer concerns with professionalism. Maintain accurate customer and order records. Build strong relationships through dependable responsive service. Someone Who:
Enjoys helping customers and solving problems. Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Has excellent communication, organizational skills, and follow through. Pays close attention to detail. Works well independently and as part of a team. Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service experience in a B2B, wholesale, distribution, manufacturing, or construction related environment. Experience with order processing or inside sales support. Microsoft Office and SharePoint proficiency.

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00
PM Pay Range:
$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
