The Leesburg Animal Park is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Admissions Manager to join our team! This position is ideal for someone who is friendly, outgoing, and enjoys working with children, families, and animals in a fun environment.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting the Indoor Operations Manager with daily operations. Greeting and assisting guests with a welcoming, positive attitude. Operating cash registers and answering and directing calls. Assist in managing gift shop inventory and restocking merchandise. Booking birthday parties and field trip bookings & communicating with customers. Ensuring cleanliness and organization in admissions areas. Supporting team members and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of management experience in a customer service or retail environment. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting. Willingness to assist with general cleaning (sweeping, vacuuming, bathrooms, etc.). Comfortable working around children, families, and animals. Availability on weekends (shifts typically 9am-6pm; hours may vary).
