As a Field Service Coordinator, your more typical responsibilities will include: Scheduling, dispatching and managing service jobs for our field technician team per work order and guidelines Complete customer service work authorizations with input from technicians, foreman/manager and parts department and identify all repair needs with technicians Provide cost estimates to customers, ensure customers have sufficient credit for the work authorized, explain pricing options and set up payment plans when needed Communicate estimated job start time and completion date, update the customer of changes or additional concerns as they arise, and make additional service work recommendations that align with technician's inspection during repair Assign SPGs or estimated repair times to work order, approve technician's service report and perform final inspections Review invoice with customer prior to closing work order, answer customer questions and invoice the customer based on internal and warranty work

Must Have:

2 or more years of experience as a dispatcher and/or service advisor with exceptional customer service Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and consistent follow up Daily computer usage in scheduling/dispatch and work order systems, with experience in CDK at plus Ability to work as liaison between technicians and customers while handling high volume of customer inquiries in person and by phone Lifting up to 50 pounds and the ability to conduct equipment inspections on occasion About the Benefits Joining the team at James River Equipment means you'll enjoy a wide range of benefits, many of which start on day one of your employment with us.
