In this role, you will ensure that the center operates with absolute efficiency and that every parent and student receives an exceptional, high-touch experience. You will manage the complex daily schedule of students and part-time teachers, monitor student academic progress, and act as a key point of contact for families. Additionally, you will partner with the Center Director to execute internal marketing, drive student retention, and assist with local community outreach events. Key Responsibilities 1.
Manage the daily, fast-moving puzzle of scheduling student instructional hours and matching them with the appropriate part-time certified teachers.
Instructional Oversight:
Ensure the center's daily learning environment is quiet, professional, positive, and strictly adheres to Huntington's instructional standards.
Administrative Management:
Maintain accurate student records, track attendance metrics, handle billing/fee collections, and manage center inventory and supplies. 2.
World-Class Customer Service & Retention Parent Communication:
Serve as the welcoming face and primary point of contact for current families. Answer questions, handle schedule changes smoothly, and proactively address any customer service concerns.
Progress Tracking:
Partner with the instructional staff to review student folders daily. Assist the Center Director in preparing data-driven progress reports to show parents the measurable ROI of their child's program.
Retention Focus:
Keep student motivation and morale high through center reward systems, positive reinforcement, and celebratory milestones. 3.
Lead referral programs, manage center bulletin boards/displays, and run seasonal student contests to drive organic word-of-mouth growth.
Review & Reputation Management:
Actively invite satisfied parents to leave positive online reviews (Google, Yelp) to boost local search visibility.
Community & School Outreach:
Assist the Center Director with executing local grassroots marketing, which may include attending school franchise nights, setting up booths at community fairs, or distributing marketing materials to local youth organizations.
Qualifications & Requirements Education:
4-year Bachelor's degree is required (a degree or background in Education, Business, or Communications is a plus, but not mandatory).
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in an administrative, operational management, or high-touch customer service role (e.g., hospitality, retail management, high-end gym operations, or supplemental education).
Skills:
Elite organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong technical proficiency (comfortable learning proprietary scheduling and CRM software). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Availability:
Ability to reliably work the specified full-time schedule ( 9:00 AM•8:30 PM Mon-Thu, and 9:00 AM•3:00 PM Sat ).
What We Offer Competitive Salary:
[$39,000•$44,000] base pay +
Commission High-Upside Monthly Commission :
Uncapped monthly commission plan tied directly to active center student volume and retention metrics and other KPI's.
