Job Summary Team Member/Shift Leader - Hourly rate PLUS tips•! Mason's Famous Lobster Rolls in Reston Town Center is seeking team members and shift leaders. We are a locally owned and operated small business located in Reston Town Center that specializes in lobster rolls and other seafood menu items, operating in a fast-casual environment. You will have a flexible schedule in a friendly and fun atmosphere. Specific Responsibilities Team Members will take customer orders, be a cashier, make menu items and perform other tasks as directed by a Shift Leader or the Manager. Shift Leaders are trained to perform and excel at all of the duties performed by the Team Members, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of the restaurant in the Manager's absence, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team management and other duties as required or assigned Shift Leaders will also open and/or close the store; motivate and coach Team Members and assist in training new
