Full Job Description Taproom Manager Location:
Suffolk, VA 23435 About the Role We are seeking a driven and highly motivated Taproom Manager to lead our bustling taproom at New Realm in Suffolk, VA. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while managing daily operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily taproom operations ensuring smooth and efficient service. Lead, train, and motivate taproom staff to maintain high standards of customer service. Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control for the taproom. Coordinate with brewing and kitchen teams to ensure product availability and quality. Handle scheduling for the FOH taproom staff. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and employees. Utilize software tools to create marketing materials and manage documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Taproom Manager or similar role in a high volume restaurant and brewery setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Familiarity with Canva for creating marketing and promotional materials. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for administrative and reporting tasks. Bartending and/or serving experience preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
