Job Summary Responsible for supporting the commercial sales team with various operational responsibilities to include post-sale order management, customer billing, USAC billing, and quality assurance. The position will require working cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Customer Service, and external stakeholders. The role combines project coordination, and billing system management. Job Responsibilities Manage post-sale order activities to ensure timely and accurate service delivery and billing initiation Work with customers and external organizations to resolve order and billing challenges Coordinate across internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Operations, Customer Service) Works with governmental institutions (USAC) Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred Minimum 5 years of customer service, operations, or related experience Telecommunications experience preferred Experience with billing systems or CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) Experience managing projects and cross-functional coordination Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Point) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Knowledge of Salesforce, CPQ, and business support systems Attention to detail and data accuracy Shentel provides a drug-free workplace and is an EEO employer.
