Job Description

Cornerstone Housing Partners is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Resident & Customer Services Coordinator to join our team. This position serves as the first point of contact for customers, residents, applicants, and community partners while providing administrative support for our Property Management and Homeownership programs. Responsibilities Welcome visitors and provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and by email. Manage customer inquiries, intake, scheduling, and referrals to appropriate programs. Support Property Management by processing rental applications, maintaining waiting lists, responding to resident inquiries, and assisting with resident communications. Accept payments, assist with cash handling and invoicing, and maintain accurate records. Enter and maintain data in customer and property management software. Process mail, maintain office supplies, and support daily office operations. Assist with file reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness. Support marketing, outreach, community events, and administrative projects as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum two years of customer service, office administration, property management support, or related experience. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Yardi property management software is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required. Benefits Competitive salary based on experience. Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
