Our Service Manager will lead and support our service department, drive operational excellence, develop high-performing teams, and ensure exceptional service delivery for our clients. Why You? What You'll Do:

Lead and support all service crews to ensure quality, efficiency, and accountability Provide technical guidance for irrigation system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and complex repairs Oversee daily service operations and coordinate workflow with Dispatch and Customer Service Monitor team performance and coach employees to meet productivity and quality standards Communicate with clients regarding service work, concerns, and recommended solutions Prepare and send repair quotes while ensuring client expectations are clearly communicated Review technician timesheets, job documentation, invoicing, and service records for accuracy Support department revenue goals through efficient scheduling, accurate quoting, and successful job completion What We're Looking For (Requirements): 3-5+ years of irrigation service experience Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair Experience leading, mentoring, or supporting field service teams Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Backflow Assembly Tester Certification Previous service management or leadership experience Experience with ServiceTitan or other CRM/dispatching software What You'll Get (Benefits): $34.00
