Print and Promotional CSR

Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Process customer orders:

Commercial print, promotional products, apparel. Utilize various software programs. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions. Maintain organized files and documentation for easy retrieval. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Requirements Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly. Excellent transcription abilities with a focus on speed and precision. Previous experience with print and promotional products preferred. Strong organizational skills to maintain efficient workflows. Basic math skills for order entry and calculations.
