Job Description At RTX, we are passionate about our people and our mission. We are looking for an Order Administrator to join our team in Federal Way, WA. This role is critical in ensuring that our orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include managing customer orders, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring timely delivery of products. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with production and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery. Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions. Provide excellent customer service and support. Resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries. Assist in inventory management and reporting. Collaborate with team members to improve processes.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in order processing or customer service preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
