Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional chairside assistance, ensure smooth patient flow, and uphold the highest standards of infection control and patient care. Your expertise in dental procedures, technology, and patient communication will help create a welcoming environment where patients feel confident and cared for. Responsibilities Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, including general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments, materials, and sterilized equipment following aseptic techniques Take and develop dental X-rays, including Itero scans when applicable, ensuring accurate medical imaging for diagnosis and treatment planning Manage patient records using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Eagle Soft, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations Monitor vital signs and assess patient comfort before, during, and after procedures to ensure safety and well-being Provide comprehensive dental assisting support with four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize efficiency Maintain infection control protocols and proper sterilization procedures to uphold the highest standards of safety in the clinic Demonstrate knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology to facilitate effective communication within the team Join our team to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through compassionate care, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence!
