Starting Pay:

$23.00 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

Meet and greet customers professionally in-person & on the phone Process payments, invoicing, and other miscellaneous office duties Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying Maintain office supplies for the specific location

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience using Microsoft Office suite Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
