Office Coordinator Pay:
$22.00-$25.00 per hour (DOE) About Us We are a growing standby generator company dedicated to providing exceptional service to homeowners and businesses. We're looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative/Office Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in keeping our office running smoothly while delivering excellent service to our customers. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner. Schedule appointments and coordinate service and installation calendars. Enter and maintain accurate customer information in our CRM and Lead Management System. Respond to customer emails and follow up on inquiries. Process invoices, verify accounts payable, and assist with daily bookkeeping tasks. Prepare bank deposits and assist with payroll processing. Serve as a liaison between the General Manager, Controller, Accounts Receivable, and field employees. Maintain office filing systems, scan documents, and perform general administrative duties. Order and monitor office supplies and maintain general inventory. Assist with customer communications regarding appointments, scheduling changes, and project updates. Maintain accurate records and documentation according to company procedures. Help keep the office clean, organized, and operating efficiently. Assist with special projects and provide administrative support to other team members as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of customer service, administrative, receptionist, or office experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel). Experience using CRM software or scheduling software is preferred. Basic bookkeeping or accounts payable experience is a plus. Ability to learn new software and processes quickly. Professional, dependable, and punctual. Positive attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed. Ability to work independently while also being an effective team member.
