This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong attention to detail. This position will support key customer accounts, coordinate quotes and orders, assist with invoicing and freight coordination, and help oversee a small team. The company is looking for someone with a strong customer service mindset, solid organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with different personalities and departments. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts Answer customer inquiries via phone and email Prepare quotes, invoices, and customer documentation Process customer purchase orders and sales invoices Coordinate outbound freight shipments Assist with customer collections when needed Review and proofread quotes and invoices for accuracy Support and help oversee junior team members Work cross-functionally with operations and internal teams
