Job Description

Prioritize Lead cross-company projects to support customer experience and improve order to cash cycle. Thought leadership in driving innovative solutions in the 'order to cash' cycle. Represent the Treasury team as a core team member in cross-functional projects, and influence decision making by leaders to drive optimal customer experiences. Analyze internal or market data to identify opportunities for improvements and drive changes around policy, process or systems as needed. Provide recommendations to leaders for process and technology strategy decisions. Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience. Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience OR equivalent experience. 1+ year(s) experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles. 1+ year(s) work experience in matrix-based organization. 1+ year(s) work experience in the technology or software industry. Solid leadership related experience in finance with a relentless drive for delivering impact. Demonstrated ability to be a simplifier, while working through complex business situations in a rapidly changing environment. Experience in delivering process improvement and being comfortable with technology solutions to be an effective thought ~~ful~~ leader.
