Senior Finance Manager, Public Sector Customer Success

Prioritize Drive Azure consumption growth strategy with Customer Success organization; Support focus areas, such as Unified, Commercial attach and whitespace opportunities. Drive productivity insights for customer success organization resources, including Capacity Utilization for meeting customer obligations. Support budget and forecast; Drive revenue growth across all product offerings. Provide actionable insights to the business to ensure execution of plans and accountability for results. Support CFO (Chief Financial Officer) forecast and budgeting process to land growth commitments with clear assumptions and drivers. Understand and manage business risk. Deliver impact by building on the work of others, aligning people and resources, and fostering shared accountability. Ensures compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements by reviewing and monitoring accuracy of financial documents and business processes; drives corrective measures. Collaborate with Compliance groups to ensure team is current on company policies and procedures. Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.

Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience OR equivalent experience. 1+ year(s) experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles. 1+ year(s) work experience in matrix-based organization. 1+ year(s) work experience in the technology or software industry. Proven team player and collaborator who has demonstrated solid energy in ambiguous situations. Ability to handle a high degree of ambiguity, and fast paced change management. Expertise in financial planning and analysis, including analysis, forecasting, planning, reporting, and developing financial models; Attention to detail and accuracy. Adept polished communication with demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple groups; responsive with solid customer service orientation. Deep analytical skills, ability to work in collaboration with cross functional teams and partner and influence decision makers.
