Job Description
Job Summary The Front-End Supervisor supports front-end operations by assisting with daily oversight of customer service activities, transaction accuracy, and team performance. This role ensures front-end processes are followed and contributes to maintaining an efficient and customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Support daily front-end operations to ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing Assist with monitoring cash handling procedures and resolving minor discrepancies Provide support and direction to front-end staff during daily operations Ensure front-end areas are organized, clean, and operating efficiently Assist in maintaining customer service standards and resolving customer issues Support scheduling and workflow coordination for front-end staff Help enforce company procedures and policies at the front-end Communicate operational issues or concerns to management Qualifications Previous experience in retail, customer service, or front-end operations Basic understanding of cash handling processes Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience in a supervisory or lead role Familiarity with front-end operations and processes Experience in high-volume retail environments Work Environment / Expectations Primarily retail or front-end operational environment. Requires standing, walking, and interacting with customers and staff. May require schedule flexibility based on business needs.
