Job Description

Assistant Location LeadAre you a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong teams and customer relationships? Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager and play a key role in driving store success, supporting employees, and delivering exceptional customer service every day.

In this role, youll partner closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, grow sales, develop team members, and create a positive experience for both customers and employees. What Youll DoSupport the day-to-day operations of the store and step into the Store Manager role when neededHelp drive sales growth while monitoring expenses and operational performanceLead, coach, motivate, and develop store employees to achieve individual and team goalsCreate employee schedules and assist with performance management, training, and hiring effortsDeliver outstanding customer service and help resolve customer concerns quickly and professionallyMaintain store security, inventory accuracy, cash handling procedures, and delivery fleet operationsEnsure damaged, defective, and returned merchandise is processed efficientlyAssist with recruiting and interviewing candidates to build a strong talent pipelineEnsure compliance with company policies and all applicable employment lawsPrepare reports, communications, and other operational documentation as neededWhat Were Looking For3+ years of automotive aftermarket experienceHigh School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experienceValid drivers license with an acceptable driving recordStrong leadership, communication, and customer service skillsAbility to multitask and effectively manage changing prioritiesProfessional, team-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving skillsBasic computer proficiency and solid written communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment under time-sensitive conditionsWhy Join Us?
