This position will serve as a support arm to our customer service team, helping customers, coordinating orders, and keeping projects moving smoothly between our customers, customer service team, and production department. You'll work with a variety of commercial customers and their ongoing print projects, helping coordinate orders from the initial request through completion. We're looking for someone who is organized, responsible, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. The ideal candidate takes initiative, approaches challenges thoughtfully, and is able to work independently while knowing when to collaborate with others. You'll have the support of an experienced team, while also having the opportunity to take ownership of projects and see them through from start to finish. Every day will be a little different. We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable changing gears when priorities shift, and is willing to jump in and help wherever needed. What You'll Do As a Customer Service and Project Coordinator, your responsibilities will include: Communicating with customers by phone, email, and in person to answer questions, provide updates, and help resolve issues. Entering and managing customer orders accurately in our Order Management System (OMS). Placing orders and coordinating products between our production team and commercial customers. Monitoring projects and following up with customers and internal teams to keep orders moving forward. Helping coordinate schedules, products, and deadlines to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time. Assisting our customer service team with quotes, order details, product information, and other customer needs. Troubleshooting problems and finding solutions when something doesn't go as planned. Managing multiple projects and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Assisting with other customer service and administrative tasks as needed. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: A strong communicator who is comfortable interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner. Patient, thoughtful, and able to remain professional when navigating customer concerns or challenging situations. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep track of multiple projects at once. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Responsible and willing to take ownership of tasks from start to finish. A problem solver who looks for solutions and takes initiative. Able to prioritize and manage time effectively when several things need attention at once. Comfortable learning new software, products, and processes. A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with Adobe InDesign or basic knowledge of print file setup is a plus, but is not required. We are willing to train the right person on our products, systems, and processes.
