Maaco Menomonee Falls is looking for a phone pro who loves turning a call into a booked job. You'll be the first voice our customers, insurance partners and fleet accounts hear, and the person who makes sure no lead or customer update ever slips. What you'll do Answer and return calls fast, follow up on every estimate, and book the right jobs. Work our fleet and business accounts to keep our paint booth full. Keep insurance adjusters and customers updated from drop-off to delivery. Order parts and work with our vendors on ETAs, returns and sublet.

Own the front office:

repair orders, scheduling, payments, reviews and the daily scorecard. What you bring 2+ years in customer service, inside sales or service advising. A great phone presence and the confidence to ask for the business. Strong organization and computer skills; you log everything, every day. Collision, dealership, insurance or CCC ONE experience is a plus, not a must. We'll train the right person. What you get $20-$22/hour plus monthly commission; year-one target of $48,000-$55,000.
