About Us:
North Shore Center, LLC is a 32 year established, private behavioral health clinic dedicated to empowering individuals and communities through guidance, healing, and enrichment. As our Client Experience Coordinator, you are a key member of our administrative team and play an essential role in both the daily operations of the practice and the overall client experience. This position serves as a primary point of contact for our clients and families while providing comprehensive administrative support to our clinical team. The ideal candidate is warm, empathic, highly organized, dependable, and detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy behavioral health setting. This role requires someone who can balance efficiency and accuracy with genuine compassion, recognizing that even routine interactions can have meaningful impact on individuals and families seeking mental health care.
Responsibilities:
Warmly greeting clients and families and assisting with check-in and check-out process. Answering and appropriately directing phone calls, emails, and other client communications. Maintaining accurate provider schedules and assisting with scheduling and appointment coordination. Reviewing client accounts and identifying administrative, billing, scheduling and documentation needs. Entering and maintaining accurate client information and required documentation within the electronic health record. Scanning, uploading, filing, faxing, and securely transmitting records and documents as needed. Supporting completion and organization of intake paperwork, consent forms, releases, and other required documentation. Communicating professionally with clients, families, clinicians, healthcare providers, schools, and other outside organizations. Assisting clinicians and administrative staff with day-to-day organizational and operational needs. Helping identify and resolve routine client concerns or directing them to the appropriate team member. Maintaining a welcoming, calm, organized and professional front office environment. Providing flexible administrative support and assisting with additional practice needs as they arise.

Strong knowledge of general healthcare operations, insurance processes, and HIPAA regulations to ensure compliance and client confidentiality. You are someone who understands that kindness, responsiveness, attention to detail, and a calm presence matter, particularly when interacting with individuals and families who may be navigating difficult or vulnerable moments. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, juggling multiple priorities seamlessly. Self-driven and highly motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Tech-savvy, with proficiency in using various computer systems, practice management software, and digital tools. Ultimately value making a significant impact, both on our team and the communities we work within.
Compensation & Benefits:

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and or Associates degree, experience in a clinical setting is a significant plus. Previous experience working on a team. Full-time, and possible part-time in-office role. Proficiency with various computer systems and practice management software.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
