What You'll Be Doing No two days are the same, but here's what you can expect: Be the friendly first voice customers hear by running introductory and premove counseling calls Manage all premove and dayofmove communication with customers Keep customers informed, calm, and confident through clear phone and email communication Handle daytoday customer service needs like a champ Maintain detailed, accurate move notes and records across multiple systems Process customer files to ensure smooth moves and positive revenue Jump in to support teammates whenever needed (teamwork makes the dream work!)
