Job Description

Customer Experience Coordinator Do you love helping people, juggling details like a pro, and being the calm voice when life gets a little chaotic? Every move has a story-and you'll be the trusted guide helping customers through theirs. What You'll Be Doing No two days are the same, but here's what you can expect: Be the friendly first voice customers hear by running introductory and premove counseling calls Manage all premove and dayofmove communication with customers Keep customers informed, calm, and confident through clear phone and email communication Handle daytoday customer service needs like a champ Maintain detailed, accurate move notes and records across multiple systems Process customer files to ensure smooth moves and positive revenue Jump in to support teammates whenever needed (teamwork makes the dream work!) Stay curious-learn, grow, and help others grow along the way Tackle other tasks that help keep operations running smoothly The Skills That Make You Shine You're probably a great fit if you: Communicate clearly and professionally-both written and verbal Genuinely enjoy helping customers and solving problems Can prioritize, reprioritize, and multitask with confidence Stay organized even when things get busy Thrive under deadlines and timesensitive situations Work well independently and as part of a team Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers alike Experience We're Looking For High School diploma required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) At least 1 year of experience in related customer service field Experience with move management systems (Movers Suite, Quotes to Go) is a plus Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel Why You'll Love It Here You'll be part of a collaborative team that supports each other, values learning, and knows the power of great customer experiences.
