ACE HARDWARE STORE MANAGER

(we close at 7pm weeknights and 5pm on the weekends) Pay is negotiable and based on experience Who are we looking for? We're searching for individuals who are driven, enjoy leading a team, have retail hardware experience and a passion for customer service. We need to fill management roles with candidates willing to learn our culture, share their knowledge with their teams, and create an environment of growth and success through communication and mentorship. Who are we? Niemann Foods Inc., based out of Illinois, has expanded our Ace Hardware Division into Wisconsin. What began in 1917 with one grocery store has grown to include more than 130 grocery stores, pet stores, hardware stores, pharmacies and gas stations as part of the NFI family in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Missouri and Wisconsin. We continue to serve our respective communities with a commitment to taking care of our customers. We have thousands of active NFI Associates that have ownership through an employee stock option purchase plan (ESOP). As associate owners there is a much stronger focus on listening to and responding to customers' needs and building lasting relationships with courteous service.
