Full Job Description Position:
Order Fulfillment- Customer Service. Full-Time position, Pulling/Packing/Invoicing Customers' Orders/Stocking, Data Entry, Filing and Telephone customer service. Monday - Friday 8am-5pm 1 hour lunch
Job Description :
This position is a combination of different positions in the department.
Duties Include:
Pulling orders. Rotating stock. Requires lifting up to 50 pounds and frequent walking and stair climbing. Shipping, mail and or customer service. Telephone Customer Service Inputting and taking customers' orders. Billing and problem solving Other duties as assigned This position is team oriented and works closely with several departments.
Abilities:
Walking, Stairs, push/pull. Able to lift up to 50lbs. Excellent English communication skills. Telephone skills (answer, transfer, take orders). Knowledge of office environments helpful. Computer competency. Knowledge of Outlook. Team player.
