We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Why Join Our Team? We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dynamic service team. You will be the primary point of contact for our service customers, delivering an exceptional ownership experience while identifying opportunities to recommend needed maintenance and repairs. What You'll Do Answer incoming calls and greet customers while following established customer contact procedures. Build positive customer relationships by identifying concerns, assessing needs, and providing effective service solutions. Conduct vehicle walk-arounds to evaluate service requirements and recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services. Communicate service recommendations, costs, timelines, and expected completion dates to customers. Secure customer approval for recommended services, multi-point inspections, and any additional repair requests. Prepare accurate repair orders and service documentation using the ADP system while supporting upfront pricing standards. Coordinate repair activities by dispatching work to technicians and maintaining service requirements and progress. Provide ongoing status updates throughout the repair process to ensure customers remain informed and engaged. Manage the customer delivery process, including reviewing completed work, explaining services performed, and returning vehicles promptly. Process customer payments, ensure a seamless Sales-to-Service experience, and deliver exceptional customer service from initial contact through vehicle pickup. What You'll Bring 1+ years of customer service, sales, or automotive industry Deliver exceptional customer service and building relationships with customers Organization skills Basic computer skills A team-oriented mindset Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
