Job Description

Call Center employees are trained to learn many aspects of the credit union and focus on assisting members with various Services over the phone. Call Center employees are responsible for helping members with online & telephone banking and guiding callers to the appropriate department for further assistance. We are looking for an applicant with the following: Good listening & communication skills (verbal and written) Computer skills with the ability to navigate various systems Ability to multitask Dependable Able to adapt to different situations & individuals
