Cashier/Customer Service

Responsibilities Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales transactions Greet customers warmly and answer questions about products Manage cash handling responsibilities, including counting cash and giving correct change Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, and ensuring the sales area is clean and inviting Upsell products by recommending related items or promotions to maximize sales opportunities Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional customer service Experience Previous cashiering experience in a fast food, retail, or grocery store environment preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers in a friendly, professional manner Familiarity with POS systems, math, and basic cash handling procedures is advantageous Supervising experience or leadership skills are beneficial for growth opportunities within the team Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for transactions and inventory tasks Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while developing your retail expertise!
