Dothan Office About Us We are a fast‑paced personal injury law firm dedicated to helping individuals who have been injured due to accidents, negligence, or unsafe conditions. Our team is committed to providing compassionate support and high‑quality service. We are looking for a motivated Client Intake Specialist who will serve as the first point of contact for potential new clients. Position Summary The Client Intake Specialist handles incoming calls, online inquiries, and referrals from potential clients seeking legal representation. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, organization, and strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Answer high‑volume inbound calls, emails, and online submissions from potential clients. Conduct detailed intake interviews both on the phone and in person to gather relevant case information. Enter data accurately into the firm's case management system. Follow up with leads and maintain communication until a hiring decision is made. Schedule consultations or attorney callbacks. Collect documents such as accident reports, photos, insurance, medical records etc. Maintain confidentiality and comply with all firm policies. Assist support staff with closing files, including following up with on-line client review requests. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and/or yearly case intake and marketing reports. Assist attorneys and support staff with projects as necessary.Qualifications Required:
1+ years of customer service, call center, medical office, or administrative experience Excellent communication and active‑listening skills Strong typing and data‑entry accuracy Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism Strong multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environmentPreferred:
