We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative's to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. This role needs good communication skills and a focus on customers. You must also handle many tasks well in a busy environment. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Assist customers with order processing, returns while ensuring compliance with company policies. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using Sage X3. Collaborate with team members/management to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery. Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and maintain accurate records. Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while managing multiple calls effectively. Qualifications Previous experience in a call center or office environment is preferred but not mandatory. Multilingual abilities are a significant advantage in serving diverse customers. Proficient in using computers and various software applications for data entry and communication.
