Job Description

We are looking for a Call Center Representative fluent in Spanish that will be the liaison between our company and retail pharmacies, as well as our clients. Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities answer calls and respond to emails handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by email manage and resolve customer complaints enter new customer information into system update existing customer information document all call information according to standard operating procedures complete call logs Education and Experience high school diploma or equivalent proficient in relevant computer applications knowledge of
Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, and Outlook is a plus good data entry and typing skills Key Competencies and Skills verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish listening skills problem analysis and problem solving customer service oriented organizational skills attention to detail adaptability team work
