Client Service Representative Insurance Agency (Growth Opportunity)

Job Summary:

We are a growing insurance and financial services office looking for a dependable, friendly team member to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a professional office environment with long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and assist clients Help with policy changes and service requests Take payments and support customer needs Schedule appointments and follow up with clients Assist with day-to-day office operations

Compensation & Growth:

$13-$16 per hour (based on experience) Performance-based raise review at 120 days We will pay for your insurance license (for the right candidate) Opportunity to grow into a higher-paying licensed role Bonus opportunities tied to referrals and new business support

Schedule:

30-40 hours per week (M-F, 8AM - 5PM range) No nights or weekends
