In this position you will greet incoming service customers, create a repair order detailing their service needs and mamange that repair order through its life cycle unit the customer picks up the vehicle after the service operations are complete. You will average 40-75 Repair Orders at a time; this is a fast paced environment that demands focus and organization. Direct Service Advisor experience is not required. Some technical knowledge is helpful, but the primary qualities needed for the position are:

• Must be computer literate
• Customer Service Oriented
• Good Organizational Skills
• High Moral Character
• Team Player Primary Duties include but not limited to: Meeting & Greeting Service Customers Writing the initial Repair Order with the Customer needs Maintaining the RO throughout the repair process Communicating updates with the customer based on the Technicians findings Cashiering the customer at Pick Up Meeting new Sales Customers and review the Maintenance Schedule The Position is paid by commissioned based on your Cashiered Labor Sales.
