This role is essential in delivering exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout every interaction. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail oriented, and possesses strong problem-solving skills to creatively address challenges as they arise. Job Summary The Customer Service Specialist manages a high volume of interactions via phone, email, webstore chats, and is responsible for collaborating with internal teams to address customer requests, concerns, and updates. This role is critical in building and maintaining strong customer relationships by ensuring timely resolution of inquiries, providing reliable support, clear communication, and consistently delivering a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Monitor order status, track shipments, and resolve processing delays or discrepancies to support operational efficiency. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing clear and helpful information. Communicate proactively with sales, operations, production, and vendors regarding order issues, updates, and resolutions. Identify and troubleshoot problems related to inventory availability, system errors, or customer requests. Process web-store orders accurately and provide tracking, updates, and resolutions for customers ordering from our website. Provide weekly spreadsheets to customers with shipping updates, delays, and tracking information. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in customer service or a related administrative role. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a creative, solution-focused mindset. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Microsoft Word.
