  • Part-time Overview We are seeking a Client Service Coordinator to help manage client services, caregiver schedules, and daily office operations.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and experienced in healthcare or home care coordination. The Client Service Coordinator plays an important role in ensuring our clients receive consistent, high-quality care while supporting caregivers and office operations. Responsibilities Coordinate caregiver schedules and client service hours Ensure all client shifts are properly staffed Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers Answer phones and respond to office emails Track caregiver call-outs and arrange replacement staff Assist with new client intake and service setup Maintain accurate client files and documentation Follow up on referrals and potential new clients Assist with hiring coordination and onboarding paperwork Support the Director with daily agency operations Qualifications Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Excellent communication and customer service skills; proficient with phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems Administrative, clerical, and office management experience, including data entry, filing, and calendar management Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment QuickBooks experience and familiarity with front desk operations; bilingual abilities a plus Prior experience in client coordination, staffing support, and executive administrative tasks is preferred
