Responsible for providing quality customer support for Clients and Taxpayers through phones, email, and correspondence.

Starting Pay:

$17.00-18.00/hr.

Hours:

Must be available for the typical 10:00a-7:00p, Monday-Friday Duties and Responsibilities for

Product Support:

Assisting tax payers with online systems used for tax filing and business license, responding to emails in a timely manner, inbound telephone customer service, research, resolve, and record problems. Experience & Abilities Required for

Product Support:

Minimum 1-2 years in an office environment with heavy inbound/outbound phone experience. Call center exp is a PLUS Minimum 3 years customer service experience. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to speak effectively with customers and employees. Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred, but not required.
