Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for our office while maintaining high standards of data accuracy and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and delivery personnel in a professional and friendly manner Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries Perform accurate and timely data entry into databases, CRM systems, and spreadsheets Maintain and update client records, files, and documentation Schedule appointments and manage calendars Handle basic administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and mail distribution Generate reports and ensure data integrity
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and database systems Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Previous experience in reception and/or data entry preferred Professional demeanor and positive attitude
