• Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area to ensure a professional environment.
• Qualifications
• Previous experience in automotive service writing or related roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance processes, including oil changes and auto body repair.
• Familiarity with auto service management systems and estimating software is a plus.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively communicate service options to customers.
• Excellent cash handling skills and attention to detail in record keeping.
