Job Description
Do you have a desire to help people? Do you enjoy a positive team environment? Are you results-driven but may not have much job experience? Come join Kia of the Shoals Business Development Team. We are looking for energetic, self-motivated team members to join our Business Development team to assist customers with their online inquiries. Our BDC is our first line of contact between our Auto Group and its customers, who have submitted inquiries on purchasing or appraising vehicles. This is a predominantly outbound position that does not entail cold-calling. Most, if not all, communications are initially engaged by prospective or returning customers. Our function as performance-based agents require the ability to use multiple applications, Google Suite, a common customer relationship management tool called VinSolutions, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to type 40+ words per minute. This is a full-time position where the job skills and tools to excel are offered with paid training, and benefits available after a 90-day period.
Job Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email or in person) Manage Internet sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock and product performance Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business Keep website up-to-date with vehicle specifications and availability Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and delivery of vehicles Disclosing terms of sales with consumers and reviewing sales with dealership managementJob Type:
