Job Description

Customer Service Representative, duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to greeting customers, answering multi-line phone, correspondence to emails, entering mail payments, and setting up new service accounts. This position will be training for our billing department. Those duties include preparing monthly billing cycles, closing daily work orders, and generating the monthly bills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel a plus. The company offers full benefits. Must be a team player, with a positive attitude, able to work scheduled hours and willing to learn all aspects of the business without constant supervision.
