As an Assistant Site Leader, you will: Lead shifts and set the tone for performance and energy Train and coach team members to deliver a top-tier customer experience Own site presentation, sparkle, and operational standards Handle real-time problem solving (customers, team, operations) Open/close the site and ensure it runs efficiently Support sales and membership growth Assist with local marketing and community partnerships Step up when needed—leaders don't wait to be asked Who We're Looking For This role is for people who want more than a paycheck.
