Sewing / Retail We are looking for a professional, outgoing, and motivated Front Desk / Customer Service Associate to join our Tulsa sewing company! This is a great opportunity for a go-getter with sales experience who enjoys working with customers and staying busy. What You'll Do Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions. Perform basic checkouts and transactions at the register. Provide excellent customer service and help create a welcoming store environment. Assist with sales and recommend products or services when appropriate. Keep the front desk and customer areas organized and presentable. Support the team with other day-to-day store duties as needed. What We're Looking For Previous sales or customer service experience preferred. Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong customer-service mindset. Professional appearance and ability to dress appropriately for a customer-facing environment. Strong communication skills. Reliable, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative. Go-getter attitude with the ability to stay productive without constant supervision. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Must be comfortable being on your feet approximately 99% of the workday .
