Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Domestic Motor Sports Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer experiences while actively promoting and selling high-end motor sports products and services. Your enthusiasm for motorsports, combined with your strong communication skills and sales expertise, will help build lasting relationships with customers and dealership partners alike. Responsibilities Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to understand their motor sports needs and recommend suitable products or services Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline by identifying new prospects through networking and B2B outreach Conduct professional negotiations to close high-end sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Support dealer partners by providing product knowledge, sales support, and inventory management assistance Upsell additional products or services to maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks effectively Participate in marketing initiatives such as promotional events, product launches, and public speaking engagements to boost brand visibility Requirements Proven experience in customer service or sales along with B2B sales or automotive parts/accessory sales with a focus on performance or specialty products Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus) Familiarity with CRM software for tracking sales activities and customer data management Knowledge of inventory control, retail math, and organizational skills necessary for managing multiple accounts efficiently is a plus. Pay:
$35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
