This role is the backbone of our client experience. You'll support our agents by handling listing coordination, managing our CRM, and making sure no client falls through the cracks after closing. If you love systems, checklists, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes—this is for you. What Success Looks Like Listings go live accurately with no missing details Every client gets consistent follow-up after closing CRM stays clean, organized, and complete Agents feel supported and don't have to chase tasks This role exists to remove chaos and create consistency. What We're Looking For Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong communication skills (written + verbal) Comfortable with technology (MLS, CRM systems, email, etc.) Self-starter who can manage tasks without constant direction Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once Positive, team-oriented attitude Bonus if you have: Real estate experience MLS or transaction coordination experience CRM/database management experience Workload Overview This role supports approximately 20 agents and includes: Listing coordination Client follow-up CRM management Weekly reporting and organization systems
