Job Description

Overview We are seeking a licensed Health and Life Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with clients to provide tailored insurance solutions, leveraging strong sales and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in outside sales, negotiation, and retail sales, with active health and/or life producer licenses or the ability to obtain said licenses. As a key member of our team, you will help clients navigate their insurance options while ensuring compliance with industry standards such as HIPAA. Responsibilities Conduct outside sales activities to identify and develop new client relationships Present and explain various health and life insurance policies to prospective clients Negotiate terms and coverage options to meet client needs while maintaining company standards Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and follow-up communications Utilize analysis skills to assess client requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans Engage in marketing efforts to promote insurance products through telemarketing, community events, or digital channels Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations Assist clients with benefits administration and policy management Requirements Valid license in health and life insurance sales Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance industry Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs and customizing solutions Experience with sales administration, marketing, or benefits management is a plus Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA regulations and customer service best practices Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and build lasting client relationships
